Shipping & Turnaround Time

We aim to ship products straight after they are printed so they can reach you on time. Typical turnaround time is 10–12 working days depending on your product, quantity, and customization. Please contact us if you require special arrangements such as fast delivery.

The turnaround time, which is agreed with you for your order delivery, starts from the day you approve the artwork/design or digital proof. If there is any delay in approving the artwork/design from your side, US Printing Solution will not be responsible for delays in delivering your products on the agreed timeline. We strongly request you to approve the artwork as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

We are here to help and aim to serve you with the highest level of customer service. We send PDF proofs for your approval so that you can carefully check your design and confirm if the artwork is “Approved for Printing”. This procedure is in place to minimize any errors during the printing process.

All content (text, images, graphics, data, etc.) submitted by customers remains the sole responsibility of the person who created it. You agree not to upload or transmit unlawful, indecent, or infringing content. US Printing Solution does not control customer-submitted content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or quality.

By submitting content, you grant US Printing Solution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your print orders.

Design Files & Proofing

 

• Files are only provided at 72 DPI unless high-resolution files are specifically purchased.
• All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• US Printing Solution is not responsible for color variations due to RGB-to-CMYK conversions or low-resolution artwork provided by customers.
• Final customer approval of proofs is required before printing. Once approved, US Printing Solution is not liable for spelling mistakes, grammar errors, image quality, or layout issues.

Color Accuracy

 

While US Printing Solution will make every effort to produce colors as close as possible to the approved proofs, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in printing processes, materials, and finishes.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

 

• Orders can only be cancelled before the printing stage. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage.
• Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for printed products. If a verified production error occurs, US Printing Solution will reprint the order.

Returns & Reprints

 

• Claims for defects, damages, or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
• Customers may be required to return the defective products (at their own cost) before replacements are issued.
• Expedited printing and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

 

• Free Standard Shipping within the UK & Europe (10–14 business days after proof approval, not guaranteed).
• Priority Shipping: 8 business days after final proof approval.
• Express Shipping: 6 business days after final proof approval.

US Printing Solution is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond its control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately to both the courier and US Printing Solution within 3 business days.

Disclaimer of Warranty

 

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. US Printing Solution does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.

Limitation of Liability
