2. Ordering from Us

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by completing our online checkout process. During checkout, you will be given the opportunity to review and correct any errors before submitting your order. We will send you an order acknowledgment email listing the products you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order occurs when we change the order status to Pending and send you a dispatch confirmation email. At that point a purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order if:

• the goods are unavailable,
• we cannot obtain authorization for your payment,
• there has been a pricing or product description error, or
• you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our Terms.

3. Pricing

3.1 Our prices include delivery to your door – there are no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

3.2 Where packaging, insurance, or other additional charges apply, they are clearly shown during checkout.

3.3 Prices are reviewed periodically and may be updated at any time.

4. Cancellation and Returns Policy

4.1 You must notify us of any changes or cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order. If printing has already begun according to your approved design, no refund or replacement will be issued.

a. Notify us by email at admin@US Printing Solution.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods; or
b. Where goods have already been delivered, return them to us as set out in clause 4.2.
c. Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in writing via email. Faulty goods must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Items that have been used are not eligible for refund.

4.2 You may return goods within 14 days of cancellation for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you.

4.3 Refunds or credits will be issued once returned goods are received and inspected.

4.4 The right to return goods does not apply in the following cases:

• if the product has been used, or
• for any items that have been made or customized specifically for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Licence

5.1 You may print or download extracts from this Website for personal use, provided that:

• no documents or related graphics are modified,
• no graphics are used separately from their accompanying text, and
• all copyright and trademark notices appear in all copies.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights on this Website (including photographs, designs, and images) are owned by US Printing Solution or its licensors. Any use beyond what is permitted above is prohibited.
